The RMA Process 4 Easy Steps
1. Identify if an RMA is necessary for Your Item
Please contact our support email: support@linespex.com to do some basic troubleshooting prior to sending your unit back.
If your product needs to be returned, it will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or it will not be looked at.
The support team will connect you with the correct person to get you an RMA number.
2. Send the Product to LineSpex
Once your RMA number is issued, box up the item you’re returning and send it to:
A1 Webcams Returns
ATTN: [Your RMA Number]
1240 N. Van Buren St,
STE 108
Anaheim, CA 92807
Any package received without an RMA number will be returned at the senders expense.
3. Your RMA is Received and Tested
You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility, this email will include an approximate timeline in which our team will perform the primary test of your unit
You’ll receive another email once your item has been tested with the initial findings. It usually takes 5-14 business days from the time we receive your shipment to fully diagnose any issues of the product.
4. RMA Resolution
For in warranty RMAs technicians will diagnose and repair the issue before shipping the functional item back to you.
If the product is out of warranty, an estimate for the cost of the repairs will be provided and if you wish to move forward we will need a purchase order or payment prior to the service being performed and your item being returned.
