The RMA Process 4 Easy Steps
1. Create an RMA for Your Item
Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. Please contact our support email: support@linespex.com.
2. Send the Product to LineSpex
Once your RMA is issued, box up the item you’re returning and send it to:A1 Webcams Returns
ATTN: [Your RMA Number]
1240 N. Van Buren St,
STE 108
Anaheim, CA 92807
3. Your RMA is Received and Approved
You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility.
You’ll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
4. RMA Resolution
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process begins when a replacement request is submitted and approved, an RMA number is then generated and provided to you. You must package the defective parts and clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our facility. Upon arrival, technicians will diagnose and repair the issue before shipping the functional item back to you. If the product is out of warranty, an estimate for the repair will be provided prior to service.
Once the replacement merchandise is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your package.
